Dear Parents and Carers,

I am delighted to inform you all that I have been selected to be a National Leader in Education. This is a real honour and reflects the drive and commitment of all the staff who work at the school. A key part of this new role is that the school is designated to be a National Support School. This means that we will be asked to support other schools in and around London with a range of strategies in order to help those schools to improve. This will involve the full range of teaching and non-teaching departments within QK, which continue to deliver such fantastic results for our students.

We have also been selected by Tribal - a huge education consultancy organisation - to join 10 schools in the UK as designated "inspirational schools". Similarly, our role will be to help and support other schools to develop their practice, specifically around the "Every Child Matters" agenda.

The continued recognition of the wonderful work going on at QK, which continues to be an "outstanding" school, fills us all with pride and demonstrates how the hard work and enthusiasm of our wonderful staff and students makes us such an amazing school!!!
