From the Head Teacher...

Dear Parents and Carers,
All parents should now have received a letter, from their child and through the post, explaining the different events for each year group over the next few weeks. As ever, it is a busy time of year and the arrangements are quite complicated so please take time to go through the letter carefully.
Many of the details in the letters relate to the exams that will be taking place next week for Year 7 and 8 students - I hope that all students have been preparing for them and will be trying their best. Good luck to you all, remember these are designed to test your learning over the year and to prepare you for your exams in the future.
Our annual Sports Day at Paddington Recreation Ground takes place on Wednesday 8th July and Tutor Groups are all starting to get ready for this exciting event. Parents are welcome to come and spectate!
Thank you to all students and parents who have reacted so sensibly to the isolated case of swine flu. As I said in the letter you should have received, the very clear medical advice from the Health Protection Agency was that there was no immediate risk to any students. Obviously, if this situation changes, I will let you know.
